You will only pay a Labour charge once for the repair of your Appliance, if we have to order any spare parts for your Appliance you will pay the labour charge on the first visit and pay for parts and any post and packing on return.
Cancellations policy :
Once you make a booking for our Engineer to attend your property to carry out a repair or installation please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancle the visit, or you may be charged for our time. We offer a 12 month Guarantee on parts.
