To arrange an appliance repair, call or WhatsApp me with your name, postcode, appliance type, brand and a brief description of the fault.
Providing the appliance model number where possible can also help me identify likely parts before attending.
A booking payment may be required to secure your appointment. For tenant or managed-property appointments, the full labour charge may be required in advance.
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments may be non-refundable because the reserved appointment cannot normally be filled at short notice.
