Built-In Coffee Machine Servicing
Bosch • Neff • Siemens • Smeg
Professional servicing for integrated bean-to-cup machines in Bromley, Beckenham, Orpington & nearby. 40+ years’ experience. Same/next-day availability.
Built-in coffee machines need regular cleaning and lubrication to keep the grinder, brew group and internal pipes running smoothly. If your machine is slow, noisy, won’t grind or tastes burnt, it’s usually due to a blocked grinder chute, dry seals or internal scale build-up.

Do you repair all types of coffee machines?
I mainly work on built-in, integrated bean-to-cup machines from Bosch, Neff, Siemens and Smeg. These are fitted into kitchen cabinets. Countertop machines may be possible depending on the model—just ask.
Do you repair Miele coffee machines?
Miele built-in machines can be serviced, but spares availability is limited and many parts are manufacturer-only. I can take a look and let you know if a repair is viable.
My coffee machine runs but won’t grind. Can it be fixed?
Yes. This is one of the most common faults and is often caused by a blocked grinder chute, stuck grind setting or a faulty microswitch. In most cases it can be fixed in a single visit.
My display says “pre-ground only”. What does that mean?
The machine has switched into bypass mode, so the grinder is disabled. This can be turned off easily during the visit, and I’ll show you how to avoid it happening again.
Can you remove the machine from the housing?
Yes. Whether the machine is on runners (Smeg) or bolted into the cabinet (Bosch/Neff/Siemens), I safely remove it, carry out the repair or service, then refit it correctly.
How long does a repair or service take?
A standard repair or service usually takes 45–90 minutes. More complex internal faults can take longer depending on access and parts needed.
What are your charges?
Built-in coffee machine servicing and repair is typically £119–£149, depending on brand, access and condition. Any extra parts are quoted before fitting.
What information do you need when I book?
Please send your postcode, brand/model (if known), a description of the fault and a quick photo of the front of the machine or any error message.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
In many cases yes — I normally offer same or next-day morning slots in Bromley and nearby areas. WhatsApp messages received later in the day are usually replied to the next morning.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. All work is carried out by me personally and includes a 12-month guarantee on labour for the repair or service carried out.
